EspañolYour first meeting
Set up Mico and try a private demo before your next call.
- 1
Install Mico
Mico is available for Macs with Apple silicon and is not publicly downloadable yet: join the waitlist at meetmico.ai/download. When you have it, open it and follow the setup screen. See Install the desktop app.
- 2
Allow audio access
Allow Microphone so Mico can hear you, and System audio so it can hear everyone else on the call. On macOS, also allow Accessibility so Mico can read meeting controls, visible chat, and participant status.
- 3
Sign in and choose a plan
Sign in or create your account: Mico records, transcribes, and summarizes on its servers. Then start the free trial, or choose Decide later, with Mico in read-only. Connecting a calendar and importing your meeting history are optional.
- 4
Run the private demo
Open Welcome to Mico and click Join & record. Mico opens a prerecorded meeting and treats it like a real call.
- 5
Review the result
Mico stops listening on its own when the demo ends. Open Memos, Summary, and Transcript to see what Mico captured.
Find your way around
- The sidebar keeps upcoming meetings and recent notes within reach.
- The center of the app shows the open memo, summary, or transcript.
- Chat works with the open meeting and any context shown above its input.
- Settings controls your account, languages, notifications, meetings and audio, calendar, templates, automations, dictionary, imports, permissions, and developer tools.
You can rename a note from its title and keep several notes open in tabs. A meeting note stays useful before, during, and after the call.
Record a real meeting
Open a calendar event or create a note, then click Join & record or Record in the top-right corner. See Record meetings for the full flow.
If Mico cannot hear the call, start with audio troubleshooting.
