EspañolConnect a calendar
Bring upcoming meetings into Mico and start them from one place.
Open Settings → Calendar, connect Google or Outlook, and enable the calendars you want Mico to show. Connected events appear in the calendar and timeline.
Mico uses calendar events for titles, times, participants, reminders, and meeting links. It does not add a bot to your calls.
Google and Outlook connections are read-only. Mico reads calendar and event details to show upcoming events and associate them with your notes. It does not create, edit, or delete events in Google Calendar or Outlook.
Google Calendar
- Sign in to Mico.
- In Settings → Calendar, choose Connect Google Calendar, then finish authorization in your browser.
- Return to Mico and enable the calendars you want to sync.
Outlook Calendar
- Sign in to Mico.
- In Settings → Calendar, choose Connect Outlook Calendar, then finish authorization in your browser.
- Return to Mico and enable the calendars you want to sync.
Manage or delete connected calendar data
To control which calendars appear in Mico, open Settings → Calendar, expand the provider, and turn individual calendars on or off. Mico connects one account per provider and shows it under Connected as.
To disconnect a calendar, open Settings → Calendar, expand Google or Outlook, and choose Disconnect next to the connected account. Mico deletes the access it stored for that account, stops syncing it, and removes its calendars and events from Mico right away. Your notes and memos remain, including event context already associated with a note. To use the calendar again, connect it again.
Disconnecting does not remove Mico from your provider's list of connected apps. To do that too, revoke it from your Google Account connections, the Microsoft My Apps portal for a work or school account, or Microsoft account app access for a personal account. If you revoke it there without disconnecting in Mico, the next time Mico tries to renew its access it marks the calendar Reconnect required for Google Calendar (or Outlook).
To permanently remove calendar-derived data retained on a Mac, you currently need to remove all local Mico app data from that Mac:
- Export anything you want to keep, then quit Mico.
- In Finder, choose Go → Go to Folder.
- Move any of these folders that exist to Trash:
~/Library/Application Support/mico~/Library/Application Support/ai.meetmico.stable
- Empty Trash before reopening Mico.
This removes Mico's local database and settings on that Mac, including cached calendar data and event context stored with local records. It can also remove other Mico data stored in those folders. It does not delete files you exported, notes you shared, or what sync keeps on Mico's servers: when you sign in again, your notes come back with the event context they carry. To delete your Mico account and its cloud data, see Data, privacy, and retention. Contact us before deleting anything if you need help identifying the correct folder.
Google and Outlook connections are included in every plan. Mico does not connect to Apple Calendar.
If events are missing, refresh the calendar list, confirm the calendar is enabled, and choose Reconnect on any calendar that asks for it.
