Mico skill

Teach a compatible agent when and how to use Mico's MCP and CLI surfaces.

The public Mico skill teaches agents a single workflow across MCP and CLI:

  1. Prefer connected Mico MCP tools.
  2. Fall back to mico --json when MCP is unavailable.
  3. Resolve meeting IDs from search results.
  4. Fetch meeting detail before transcript text.
  5. Keep transcript reads bounded and never access SQLite directly.

The published file is self-contained. The full package adds references for setup, CLI commands, MCP tools, and errors.

Install in an agent

Install it from the documentation site with the skills CLI:

npx skills add https://www.meetmico.ai/docs

For a filesystem-based agent, download every file the index lists (SKILL.md and references/) into a mico directory inside that agent's skills directory. Keep the directory name mico and the references/ folder so relative reference links continue to work.

Agent skill locations and installer commands vary by client. Follow your agent's skill installation instructions rather than copying only SKILL.md.

The contributor skills under .agents/skills are internal repository workflows. They are not part of the public Mico skill.
